About PaulaSunflower life is blissful these days, thanks to my friends and dreams coming true, decided its about time i really for filled my own expectations...I'm a hard gal to please let me tell ya...India turned my life around I've been back for 2 months and there's not a day gone by when I dont wish I was back there, but I know I will be again when I get my dreams rolling here....I am very lucky and blessed and with this I mind I'm passing it on. I was always very aware of karma and the good and bad things that can come around.... sunflower songs is for ALL the people, made with love and care and attention. Its about keeping musicians and singers and songwriters on the stage, in the spot light, it's about giving folk a melody to walk home with, a sentence thatll always ring true, and stays close in peoples hearts 4 ever...the power that music brings esp to me when it's original is precious. Very precious.

hey all, just thought id drop you all another installment, im in Ooty, the state of Tamil Nadu, im all on my lonesome again, after a month, im in a mountain village, not going to make the north now, know i just have to come back, the south with all its wonders have blew me away big time, today i found my home, my place, my shanti, i will stay here for a few days instead of rushing to end on a beach in goa, it would be totally rude not to, it feels just like Hampi did first vibes, magical, i came up the hills and through the mountains on the minature train, pushed by a steam train it was possibly the best journey ive ever took in my life....this is the place i was destined to find, funny how i didint even know where i wanted to go or what i wanted to see, it was just india to me, the dream, well here i am living it, india has made my journey, she rocks and believe me ive not even started, im sooo grateful i went to church today and thanked my lucky stars. I'm having horse riding lessons tomorrow, for a prep for a 3hour trek into the hills on sunday to meet a hill tribe.....im soooooo happy, and feeling christmassy, wayhey .....seeya all soon love love love xxxxxxxxxxx namaste'

hello my dear family and friends,
Well i've eventually moved on outta indias galstonbury, vakarla, it was very sad, the friends i made have helped and guided and witnessed me grow into a new phase of my life, im the awakened one and sunshine scattering is my purpose in life. Ive had talks with a bar owner who runs an orphanage and will give me space to open a dance school....the kids are talented in the art of dance already but id like to teach them a bit more than classical and bollywood style, help them make a dance show for the hotels.... i believe its my calling in life......

hello all,
sorry ive not been in touch sooner, its got to the point where i dont wanna waste time on the tinternet, rather tell ya all when i return, im still in vakarla, decided to stay as im far away from the terrible shit going down in mumbai, im supposed to be back up there now and heading towards varenesi, im going to fly there now and stay away from the big cities, its a bit of a shit really but i cant complain, ive met the most beautiful people, had the most precious times here in indias glastonbury. its been a beach life and played at most bars, im famous in these parts now, which brings me to tell you all about the burning desire i have to live out here and open a little dance/musical theatre school... stranger things have happened!!!!

hello all, sorry ive not been in touch sooner, its partly down to electricity- there isnt hardly any here in these parts.
Im now in Kovalam which is south, in the state of Kerela, origianlly i came here to go stay in an ahsram, i thought it was my calling, decided not to become a yogic sheep, the early starts and the chanting would of probably grated me so i chosse to find a guru and stay in parardise where theres no rules or silly oclock starts, i was also worried about the food, met many people that have practised yoga at the ashram, people said its love or hate and id be buggered if i dont like indian food!!which i dont still, ive tried their version of veg korma, but thats about it.ive turned veg, only had meat fish for 1st time yestuday.

hello all,
well im just into my second week feels like ive been here a lifetime already, its been really a tough test of my strength and courage, i guess i knew deep down it wouldnt be a walk in the park but its been soooo diverse i cant actually believe whats gone on, on my journey, it started off really shitty, arrived as riots kicked off in centre of mumbai so i couldnt get to the centre so little old me got ripped off paid for a hotel and bus ticket to Goa it cost near on 50 quid( nearly a weeks budget!!!!)
